Terms of Service
The rules for using RaiderRep.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using RaiderRep you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use RaiderRep. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty.
2. What RaiderRep Is
RaiderRep is an unofficial, fan-made community tool for ARC Raiders. It includes a reputation database, AI-assisted intel, watchlists, vouches, private notes, marketplace, loadouts, and more. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Embark Studios, Nexon, or their subsidiaries. RaiderRep is free to use: there are no paid plans, subscriptions, or purchases.
3. Third-Party Game Data
Item, quest, trader, arc, event, and map data are sourced from third parties (e.g. MetaForge, RaidTheory/arcraiders-data). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
4. AI & Automated Intel
RaiderRep AI uses third-party providers (OpenAI, Tavily). Output may be inaccurate. We are not liable for in-game or real-world losses from AI advice. Registered users: 5 queries/day. VIP members: 25 queries/day.
5. User Conduct & Accounts
You must not submit false reports, harass others, or abuse the system. We may suspend or terminate access without notice. Accounts are free and created via Discord or Google. VIP status is earned through community contribution (or granted with an invite code), cannot be bought, and may be removed for abuse.
6. Immutability & No Appeals
The reputation ledger is community-driven. We do not arbitrate disputes or change scores on request. Dispute submissions are logged for review but do not automatically alter scores.
7. Identity Masking
Embark IDs in public feeds are redacted (e.g. RAI***#**34). Full histories are visible only via direct search by exact ID.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaiderRep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Because RaiderRep is provided free of charge, your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.
9. Data Security
We use HTTPS, Supabase Auth, Row Level Security, rate limiting, and input sanitization. No system is 100% secure.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governed by the laws of the United States.
